Simple Preventive for Cystitis
Cystitis is a very common condition and tearing. Four of the five women suffer at some point in their lives. Telltale signs are an urgent need to urinate even when there is little in the bladder, and a severe, burning pain when urinating. Other symptoms include abdominal pain and back.
Cystitis is caused by infection of the bladder and the urethra (the tube from the bladder to outside the body) by the bacterium E. coli.
E. coli is naturally present in the gut. It can easily be transferred to the urethra during foreplay and sexual intercourse or during a visit to the bathroom precipitated.
You can perform simple preventive measures at home to prevent urinary tract infection or an end to assist in recurrent seizures. Recurrent seizures should be treated by medical staff as a more serious infection may occur.
But be careful hygiene routine day to day, it is surprisingly easy to contract bladder infection. All kinds of daily activities and habits – to wear tights to swim in a pool treated with chlorine – can add to your vulnerability to attack.
If you have an attack, an appointment to see your doctor as soon as possible and urine half way with you. It will be tested for infection. If cystitis is a strong suspicion, many doctors prescribe antibiotics before the results. Antibiotics relieve pain faster.
Stay home warm and calm. You will find a hot watter bottle easier and lower abdominal discomfort. Keep a large jug of water next to you, and drink a cup with 1 / 2 hours to empty stagnant urine.
Add 2 c. to tea. water baking soda can help counter the acidity in the urine and prevent bacteria from multiplying.
Helps to prevent or eliminate the condition, try the following:
Prepare a herbal tea. Herbs that help flush out the bladder and urinary function as antiseptics include Irish moss, shepherd’s purse and Buchu. Or try the aloe vera for its anti-inflammatory. Make tea with a teaspoon. grass with a cup of boiling water and drink three times a day. Alternatively, mix 1 tablespoon. Marshmallow Root, soothing and healing in a cup of boiling water until gelatinous. Drink three times daily with meals.
Drink at least 5 cups of fluid a day – water, diluted fruit juice (not citrus juice) and vegetable juices may be less vulnerable to attack and help relieve symptoms. Try cranberry juice or homemade broth parsley, dandelion, spinach and carrots.
